@relay@mastodon.hakurei.win@morotesovtannu@msk.ilnk.info honestly. its so true. Maybe my expectations were weird. But i actually thought that i would meet Russians and i were interested in their reason to join. But reality as i saw is quite different from what it seems.
I have some apple trees at home so i will never enjoy apples ever again :ablobcatnodmeltcry: . Do you have a favorite sort of apples or you don't have an idea? My parrents seem to love Antonovka but i think they are too sour. This one seems sweet. I think i remember this kind of apple at some point:blobcatthinking:
Sometimes there are places that are very toxic. But you like browsing this negativity time to time. Because. I don't really know to be honest. Maybe my life is too boring and getting good feelings is harder than worse ones?
But actually that place that i was in wasn't necessary toxic. But more as negative. A place where people make posts about thing that they hate. And they are quite big, haha.
Handshakes are fine. But when people hug you with greetings and farewells it makes me a bit uncomfortable. I wonder why so many my acquitance had this weird habit.
@ssm375 no, i am not. If i would practice english i would have choose other social networks. (But i won't lie i still have some grammatic mistakes) I know it already pretty decent. At least for typing. I am here because i don't want to turn on vpn each time when i enter twitter and also to explore this platform.
I read once a manhua that i really like in plot but the chemistry between two main heroes just didn't feel. The manhua name is restart. It's pretty interesting.
The first time i had a cultural shock was when i was in german public bath / sauna. Everyone was naked :blobcatsweatflips: . For a child like me in that time it was a difficult challenge not to stare at people. I think i was around 12-14 years old. By the way my parrents were shocked as well.
In situations where i were we are usually doing it in swimsuits.
We need to get rid of unapologetically old stuff like this thing.
To be honest i thought we already dealt with that but i guess i was mistaken and we left some things.
Or its one of those magical things that can be stored for eternity but the expiration date set just in case.
At some point i consider it pretty funny and interesting about how much old stuff we have.
But if we will speak about real old stuff in my home it is old piano that is around 100 years and a mortar that weighs 10 kg that probably was used by my grand grand parents. So what old stuff do you have? Maybe some interesting stories about them?
@morotesovtannu@hidden_hyde to be honest i didn't know that we had something that can grasp someone's elses attention. I mean we have some parts that i do consider interesting and that i am proud as Russian. But i never thought that we had something enough interesting for foreigners. I really glad that some people are interested in our culture!
Russian artist. I like reading webtoon and comic-like books too. Please interact with me on English or Russian. I still can use auto translate tool given by program but there are a chance for its misinterpretation.
