No one talks about the necessity of needing therapy after being laid off and looking for jobs months on end or even years on end. Work PTSD is real.

Having to worry about losing your car, losing your home, losing your loved ones, losing your friends, losing your entire livelihood for which you've known for your entire life and have been comfortable in. No one talks about the magnitude of pressure and stress it tolls on the mind and soul.

And the ultimately the worst part about it, is losing your sense of hope. Hope to see a light at the end of the tunnel for which you've exhausted all options, all recommendations, all suggestions, everything. Corporations own everything and reality of being free is quickly vanishing.
