@whatshisays IMHO it's all about that Easter basket, filled with peeps, jelly beans, chocolate foil covered eggs, malted eggs, hard boiled colored eggs, a big chocolate bunny, fun little things like bubble bath, stuff like that, and there it is to "discover" in the morning. Oh and the green plastic grass! At least it was like that. Here's hoping you can find a way to have some fun with it... Now I want one!!

Yeah BUT... When it comes to community organizing, working with consensus as an operating principle is powerful stuff. Decision-making takes longer but the up side is huge - the group has true ownership of the decision, and can move forward powerfully.
