hey can I put out a public plea to get more people on board with posting stuff that isn't about tech or politics? I love fedi but I think that nobody's been really talking about anything else lately. show me art or that cool thing that you're researching or a silly video that you threw together.

wow it's almost like I'm incredibly sleep deprived or something

time is wacky for me I can go "wow, been a while since I posted this" and look at it and see that I posted it literally 4 days ago but I'll be like "that thing happened pretty recently right" and then remember that it happened 3 months ago

I rest knowing that future me is furious at current me

@starshine I use windows but only because linux does not support a good art/graphic design workflow that I can easily adapt to

@feditips I understand this; the fediverse has a learning curve and all, but your initial response essentially boiled down to a fancy "well it works on my machine", which is really not a good response when the OP is explicitly complaining about people that do that. I understand that you want to defend your position, but I personally believe that it might be a better approach to understand the behaviors that are being called out instead of attempting to solve problems for other people.

These are just my two cents though.
