I am often a little dumbfounded by the #movies that millennials, just a few years younger than me, seem to love. (Space Jam? Hook?!) But in the spirit of spooky season understanding, I am watching Hocus Pocus for the first time.
Roger Ebert, who gave the movie one star, wrote that watching it was “like attending a party you weren't invited to, and where you don't know anybody, and they're all in on a joke but won't explain it to you.”

If you’re vaccinated and get #Covid, it *probably* won’t kill you, but it can still:
- feel like the worst flu you’ve had for weeks at a time
- lead to debilitating long-Covid
- weaken your immune system in ways we don’t yet fully understand
- worsen other health conditions…which then kill you
