We owe a big thank you to @tchambers, who has been spending time and effort to improve the group. He’s polling members for their opinions on a boost policy, he’s arranged for extra moderators, and of course he started the entire effort. Let’s support him as he shapes the group into something useful for the over 2000 of us who are in it.

We know Trump and his minions are priming Republican cult followers to disbelieve and dispute lawful, accurate election results. This is part and parcel of Trump’s and Republican cult’s rejection of democracy. Trump represents a minority of Americans. The only way they can retain power is to reject democracy. 2/

Earlier today, I posted: “We need to give Kamala Harris margins of victory that are so wide they cannot be disregarded by the current lawless, rogue Supreme Court. We also need to build the Harris-Walz war chest to fund all the litigation that will be necessary to ensure that a Harris electoral victory translates to a Harris inauguration.” I’m going to build on this a bit now. Friends: We have something fun to work on. @boogah made a cool tool , called "Tim Walz Fixed Your Bicycle" for generating meme-ish comments about Tim Walz. I asked him if somebody could make a similar tool for Kamala Harris. Jason kindly referred me to the code he wrote for his and said we can clone and modify for that purpose. 1/2

I know many of us have been angry about the balatant Republican swiftboating of Tim Walz. We must be equally alert to and proactive about combatting Trump calling Kamala Harris “stupid.” Just as swiftboating is a vile, established tactic for undermining men candidates, denigrating their intellect is a chestnut of disgusting, misogynist tactics for attacking women seeking office.

From what I can gather - I can’t watch TFG - we simply must make sure #Harris and #Walz win the swing states. The campaign is going to need plenty of funds to advertise and organize. I am determined to do all I can to make sure the money is there.
