DEI is cold-blooded financial sense. If you open a company's website, & the photos of the board of directors don't mirror US demographics, you know they're not using multiple backgrounds to reach multiple markets.

She's right about everything, but the truth is Time is a dead magazine. you don't even see it in doctor's offices anymore. Like Life, they're reduced to printing "Special Edition" nostalgia for a past that really wasn't much fun to live through.

@georgetakei Reminds me of a convo I had about dollhouses. Person could not grasp that a 1/12 scale meant that a figure representing a 6-foot tall man would be 6 inches high.
