So here's my question to you. A :birdsite: recruiter calls you and says, "We need your help fixing the bird. We'll pay you ___ over 4 years, paid up front quarterly with no clawback."

Is there a number in that blank you'd take? What would you do with the money? How many of the 4 years would you stay?
