      Im Kampf gegen Umweltverschmutzung durch Plastik hat die Stadt Dortmund eine neue Verordnung für Hundebesitzer erlassen. Demnach ist die Benutzung von Plastiktüten für Hundekot ab sofort untersagt. Stattdessen müssen die Vierbeiner ihr Geschäft künftig direkt in die städtischen Mülleimer verrichten.
