A few thoughts.
Pixelfed is getting post import from Instagram - this is great for extracting users from big corpsocial.

Post import from Mastodon to Calckey is helpful for preserving stuff, but doesn't reconstruct threads fully or bring across media, yet.

Full post copying from from calckey to calckey is a real boon to properly decentralised and federated 'verse.

Twitter post upload to Calckey maybe a valuable way of retrieving experts from that platform.

Post upload is one killer feature in taking back control of human comms from big corpsocial.
