1. Streetart. The artist "Frankey" has created a fun installation on a tree in a green space in Amsterdam. The tree is a cut trunk from which thin branches sprout wildly. The "installation" consists of two large googly eyes, a thick orange nose and a mouth with the corners of the mouth pulled down. Together, this makes a face with wild hair, i.e. the silly-looking "Beaker" from the Muppets show. He is the shy, long-suffering assistant to Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and is also named after a piece of laboratory equipment. His trademark is an excited "mee-mee-mee" instead of a language. Info: Frankey is Frank de Ruwe who currently lives and works in Amsterdam. Where, if you look closely, you can discover his works in an unexpected places throughout the city. Frankey manages to give passers-by an instant smile from ear to ear time after time. "Pretty cool, right?", He says himself.

Info: It is a square pavilion with glass windows that was built in 1977. It is a faithful replica of the building that Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret designed in 1925 for the International des Arts Décoratifs exhibition in Paris and then destroyed. This also answers the question of whether the tree or the house was there first. Both at the same time.

What makes this photo special, however, are their shadows. They almost seem like a "grown-up version" of the two people and like a glimpse into the future.
