@Infoseepage had to deal with a laptop that isn’t used often having lost its time setting and reverted to December of 1969 yesterday. The guy getting it ready for an event didn’t notice and when he opened a licensed bit of software the license failed to verify. That was messy.

@Infoseepage TMZ says he died at his daughter’s house, where he’d been staying since the fires. They don’t say where that is, but I think she’s a filmmaker so probably the wider LA area?

My fingers are frozen solid and I’m pretty sure my toes need to be amputated, so this is as much aurora pictures as I can do at the minute.

@thomasfuchs @baldur in Photos app, if you hit the info button and fill in the caption field (right at the top), it gets picked up by some apps for alt text (like @ivory). Gotta get more apps to use the info that’s there.

@dansup @pixelfed works great! Any chance the order of the camera roll folders can be set to “recent” then “favorites” and then whatever the current sort order is?
