Researchers uploaded 50 nude photos to X.

Then, it reported 25 of them for being nonconsensual. And the other as "copyright infringements."

X removed the copyright-reported nude images.
The nonconsensual nude photos stayed.

Mastodon has no ads. No algorithm. Is not merged with any of your other social channels. And gives you full privacy control over your account.

Sure Threads is better than what’s left of Twitter, but #Meta is still a global megacorp that acts in ITS interests. Not yours.

The entire city of #Yellowknife is being evacuated. This is unprecedented and terrifying.

And thousands of citizens aren’t aware because Meta continues to block news in the country.

This is what happens when citizens are convinced to use an American multinational corporation as their community’s primary communications channel — a corporation that couldn’t give two shits about anything except its “fiduciary duty” to shareholders.

People will die.
Meta will shrug.
