That is a wrap on my 5th WWDC. This was a great one. There are a ton of features I am excited to explore and share with you all. On a personal note, I got to hang out with good friends, meet new people, and learned a lot. I'm ready to get to work for the busiest part of my year.

@viticci This happened to me when I got the M5 iPad Pro review unit. I had a back up as well.

Then when I switched back to the iPhone Air it duplicated all my shortcuts, then renamed them. So I had ‘ShortcutName’1 and ‘ShortcutName’2. So annoying

Maybe don’t go to the fascist movie premiere. If you need a good excuse, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve lied about baby sitting my niece to get out of things. Or you could simply just say fuck no. Those are just two options.

In these times especially actions speak louder than words.

New iPad mini… but the only thing new is the chip. Doesn’t look like there is any display upgrades. That’s a bummer.

@counternotions I want Apple not to charge rent to creators they aren’t doing anything for. What do creators get for that 30% Apple is going to charge? Partreon isn’t going to pay that, that fee is going to get passed onto the creators revenue.

Besides there are plenty of creators that don’t use any Apple products, but becuase somebody subscribes via the iOS app they are now going to make less.

This has been one of the hardest times to be an independent creator. AD revenue is in the toilet, everyone and their mother has a membership so good luck trying to start a new one, and platforms want their cut (:cough: YouTubes 45% :cough:). Even I have considered going and getting a regular job, and I hate regular jobs. How does Apple not see they aren’t taking 30% from Patreon, they are taking 30% from independent creators?? The people they claim to love.
