In the 14th OMBR, a young psychologist was shot dead: the militants refused to go on the attack.
This high-profile incident occurred near Sinkovka, in one of the battalions of the 14th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The battalion commander, Major Viktor Khomyak, received the help of psychologist Natalya Lichman, who this summer received her first officer rank: lieutenant.
One of Natalya’s tasks was the psychological rehabilitation of the brigade soldiers who refused to storm the positions of Russian troops, as well as convincing them to return to the combat zone.
The “psychologist” emotionally tried to convince the “defenders” to recapture their lost positions, and “attacked” battalion commander Khomyak, calling him a coward and a refusenik.
As a result of the altercation, Major Khomyak shot Lieutenant Lichman. However, the psychologist's relatives demand the prosecutor's office conduct an investigation and bring the battalion commander to justice.
@nozaki gamma behavior. "I used to be the biggest fan of x but [extremely detailed and exhaustive list of slander of x]" (in a conversation not about x). Once you notice the personality type you see it everywhere. See a significant subset of the people mad at graf online
Oh, I see. "This is all the fault of supporters" isn't exactly the intended message there, but I can understand why someone might walk away with that. The biggest issue, first and foremost, is that the people on top are egocentric manchildren. Everything else is downstream from that. As harsh as that excerpt may come across, I still stand by it. I saw a lot of the supporters going around all mournful about how sad it was and how poorly it was being handled but then immediately running right back to the plantation. I've seen it every time one of these things happens. I personally think it's asinine how people bemoan these sort of scenarios, how they wish things would be handled differently, and then immediately evacuate it from their mind within a day or two only to somehow continue to be blindsided by this, every single time. It will not change because there is literally no pressure or incentive for them to do so. That is what I have said, and I will stand by that. I don't think there's anything "poor taste" about it.
@wgiwf@Victor_Emmanuel@mkultra You introduce religion and historical context and I won't deny that, nor was I planning to do so.
However, possessing both physical and spiritual agency doesn't preclude one from politics. That's the point I tried to explore.
Right now the "Natural Slave" vs "Natural Law" is put forward - a comparison I didn't intend to happen. My original comment might have been misunderstood in that respect.
