People just say like "oh I can't do THAT" (THAT being wearing an n95 mask). Can you disable innocent people? Can you disable yourself? Because long Covid causes serious, chronic illnesses, and their QOL/ability to work/ to support themselves plummets. Can you make safe healthcare inaccessible? Can you do actions that kill others/yourself? THOSE are things I can't do. Covid hospitalizations and deaths are rising. Wake up, Mask up, N95s. Everywhere around others, especially healthcare. You can.

This is a really well-done comprehensive article on long Covid in the Scientific American, I hope others will get informed on it and start masking up to protect themselves and others, because it is common and these body systems are truly being affected, and we need to do something.
