Interesting, but moronic, take. They made the movie to target Latinos, which is Hollywood for “Mexican.” There is a concentration of them in southern California, true. But if a little rain is being blamed for your box office disaster, maybe you should ask why you spent so much to make a movie that only appeals to a few neighborhoods. Or, maybe, the movie and/or marketing just sucked.
