For those who don’t know I have chronic kidney disease and I’m homeless. I can’t be homeless because I’d die out there. Food, Airbnb and entertainment gift cards are the top priority.

Hey everyone. This should be one last donation request for awhile. I forgot an essential part of the whole thing - I’m going to need a hospital bed with a mattress that is specifically meant for pressure relief. Since we don’t have access to PayPal anymore, my best friend has setup a shop for merch for her cat. The $$ will be in her account everyday. I can’t go home w/o the bed. Please share.

@raphaelmorgan right?! It’s a genuine question from a child out of a willingness to learn, not some adult purposefully trying to be a dick!

Being disabled should not be a taboo subject. When a kid comes up and asks on a bus why you are using a mobility device, the parents should not always say “that’s rude honey!” and pull them away. The parent should ask if you’re comfortable with explaining. Personally, I love when kids ask questions. Their curiosity is SO refreshing. Education is key to normalizing disability!

The antibiotics for my kidney infection are starting to WORK and they said they think I should be good to go to have the kidney transplant on May 28. They are going to send me ‘home’ in a couple days until the surgery, but we’re homeless.

We needs funds to get an Airbnb for the month. My best friend is my carer and she’s currently sleeping on the streets. We need gift cards bc can’t have $1600 in my account due to disability benefits.
