@washingtonpost has no opinion pieces asking why a convicted felon, adjudicated rapist and fraudster whose election will lead to the implementation of Project 2025 and a Christian theocracy should withdraw.

Yet they have FIVE opinion pieces on Biden’s candidacy. It is infuriating what the national media chooses *not* to cover or emphasize.

SCOTUS accelerated President Nixon's resignation with its decision in US. v. Nixon - which it took on direct appeal from the district court.

SCOTUS is delaying President Trump's trial after rejecting Jack Smith's certiorari petition directly from the district court, requiring an appellate decision, sitting on the stay for 2 weeks, and then deciding to hear the case in 2 months.

What a f***ing mess.

I could take more seriously the concerns about the CO Supreme Court decision taking away the voters ability to decide if those critics weren’t also:

-creating voting maps that violate the constitution and Voting Rights Act

-purging voter rolls

-passing voter suppression laws

-undermining ballot initiatives that allow citizens to vote on reproductive healthcare

-seeking to disenfranchise millions of voters in 2020

Florida--the state that passed laws to (allegedly) prohibit the indoctrination of children has introduced PragerU, a company that literally states it indoctrinates children, to its schools. The governor's office was unavailable for comment.

When the Third Reich took power in Nazi Germany, they changed the criminal code and began to criminalize “deviant” behavior, broadly defined to include dissent. They even created a so-called “People’s Court” that would enforce the laws, often without due process & with the outcome certain.

Remember that when you see states start to criminalize constitutional behavior—like voting and seeking reproductive healthcare.
