Adult life mostly consists of exclaiming “christ, that happened ten years ago!” about a variety of different events until you die.

So, this thing looks amazing - like the most impressive 3D device I've ever seen. Massive kudos to all the teams involved. I'd love to have one and make stuff for it.

But $3499? (plus custom lenses, etc). That I did not expect.

I will actually be more surprised if Apple _doesn’t_ announce a calculator for the iPad this year. It seems like it’s such low-hanging fruit that they get teased about a lot. Especially if the headset gets one, and the iPad doesn’t. In the end it probably doesn't affect PCalc either way, as most people use it on the iPhone or Mac.
