In 2022, the median wealth of union members was $138,000 higher than nonunion workers.

That’s a lot. It's worth it to talk to your coworkers about forming a union.

When we say “billionaires should not exist,” what we mean is:

Everyone should have healthcare.
Everyone should have housing.
Everyone should have access to good food and clean water.

Billionaires are a policy failure.

Something is broken here.

When we fight, we win. But we have to fight.

When workers unionize, it lifts up ALL workers.

On average, the 17 states with the highest union densities have median annual incomes $6,000 higher than the national average.

This is so much money from closing just ONE loophole.

Tax the rich and use the funds to care for our communities.

As of February, the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the U.S. is $1,217/month. To comfortably afford that, you need to make at least $23.40/hr.

It’s not a worker shortage, it’s a shortage of wages we can actually live on.

The U.S. is the only industrialized nation that doesn’t require employers to give their workers paid family leave.

The ONLY.

If your employer has a written policy that forbids you from discussing your pay with coworkers, you can report them to the National Labor Relations Board.

Because that’s illegal.

It should not be radical to say children should not be working and dying on factory floors.

Fun fact: It’s not just Gen Z.

Workers don’t want another pizza party or a ping-pong table in the break room. Workers want a union with better wages and benefits.

The GOP representative carrying this bill owns several Smoothie King franchises in Louisiana.

Stop glamorizing “the Grind”
- pits workers against each other
- rewards are basically just pinky promises from management

And start glamorizing “Organizing a union”
- builds worker solidarity and community
- rewards are in writing and legally binding

they’re really trying to gaslight us into not wanting to retire now huh
