Just a couple weeks ago on August 8, trump said that he plans to stay OFF the campaign trail until AFTER the Democratic National Convention, which ends Aug. 22. In fact as of then, trump held just one August event, and over the six weeks before, he only had eight‼️

Asked then about his LIGHT SCHEDULE, he called it a “stupid question,” before adding that he doesn’t believe he has to campaign to win. “I’m leading by a lot,” trump said.

Fast Forward to NOW— after promising to hide (& rest up) until August 23, trump has held several ramblings (billed as “press conferences”) at his clubs AND he has an event (albeit small) scheduled EVERY DAY of the DNC National Convention to nominate Kamala Harris — he calls it counter-programming.

Help me out here; I’m wondering WHY Mr. “I’m leading by a lot” feels the need to break his silence early … anyone got an idea? Anyone⁉️😉

It just hit me! Recall last week we saw trump ranting amidst an array of grocery items displayed on tables, and today it’s #weirder JD Vance babbling surrounded by cartons labeled DiSorb?

Like in a tv show or movie the star drinks a particular brand of beer or soda— the brand pays for that exposure. It’s PRODUCT PLACEMENT! Grifters to the end—trump&co are milking every last cent from a flailing campaign!

Ps— they probably get residuals each time a picture appears, so I not posting any here.

“LEGALIZED BIRTH CONTROL”

ATTENTION Younger folks — let that sink in! You probably assumed birth control was always legal … because why wouldn’t it be?

It took a Supreme Court decision in the 1965 legalize birth control for MARRIED women; it wasn’t available to unmarried women until another Supreme Court case in 1972!

Now Republicans want to turn back the clock to make birth control illegal again — taking away women’s health choices even more than when they got the right to abortion reversed.

The ONLY thing women can do to fight this is vote for Democratic candidates at every level of government — but particularly in Federal elections. Gove Biden/Harris the majorities in the House and Srnate they need to pass Federal laws to protect our freedom of choice.

The hearing on the INsufficiency of trump’s bond is scheduled for Monday 4/22 in Judge Engoron’s court.

trump sure has bought himself a lot of time keeping the New York DA from executing on Engoron’s judgment. Judge Engoron issued his findings and judgment on 2/16, and was filed with the clerk on 2/23. Originally the DA could have begun seizing trump assets on 3/25 absent a bond.
But trump got the amount of the bond reduced (possibly by misleading the court about availability of the larger bond) AND a 10-day extension until April 1 to file a bond in the new amount. But the bond filed on that date has not been accepted because of irregularities. Now the hearing on that isn’t till April 22! All the while the NY DA has not been able to start collecting the judgment.
