when i was a teen, and my dad was 48, he took me to see a goofy movie — just me and him. maybe he read it was a movie about a dad bonding with a surly teen and it resonated. it meant a lot to me.

now, i’m 48. and my dad and i watched a goofy movie again. but this time, i brought my own teenager.

despite being totally blind, our rabbit managed to sniff out the delicious scent of a rare, antique nintendo hanafuda box. he pulled it down somehow (how?) during the night, and feasted.

i will assume that ancient nintendo wood is a huge rabbit delicacy, and i made cowboy’s life a little better. 😮💨
