For all the people saying covid is over: my teenager just tested positive. I'm still getting over the lingering effects from my bout in November. Both of us are fully vaccinated, both had covid late last year. This thing is not over.

@tim @roland and some instant pots have an air fryer add-on. Probably not as good as a dedicated air fryer, but adequate for our uses

I do wish more people would add ALT text to their images. It helps not only those who can't see the image, it also helps those who can see it but can't figure out what it is (or is meant to be).
