I haven't been around much today, or lately, I know.
It's been difficult to do normal things, and a lot of my day has been taken up with chores, reorganisation and computer necessities.
Also, I have been falling asleep during the day, something I did today and yesterday because my night's sleep has been so poor lately.

...aaaand now the temperature is due to drop to below freezing and heavy snow and blizzards are forecast nationwide. It's already snowing in Scotland. We will have to wait and see what happens next.

I think we can all relate to this.

January 2025 will see 6 planets visible in a line in the night sky. The planets in question are Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus, making for an incredible sight down on Earth. They will all line up in the sky which is an extremely rare occurrence. It will start from around January 21 and they will be visible for about four weeks, until roughly February 21.

(The timing is intriguing - a sign of things to come? )

Um....no you can't.

Something I don't understand, although there's probably a good explanation, but as you know we often leave food out for the badgers.

There are sometimes two or three nights when we don't leave any food, and those nights the badgers don't come.

BUT, as soon as we do leave the food out, they come (as below). How do they know? They don't live close by, so it's not by smell. Hmmm.

@krypt3ia That is what I have thought, but how far would the scent of peanuts travel? The badgers are not local.
