people absolutely do read that "send feedback" thingie in Chrome and I just read one that was a very nice and constructive complaint and it ended with saying "I hope whoever is reading this has a pleasant day" and honestly you have no idea how much of a difference it makes compared to someone cursing you out for stuff you can't control 99% of the time
