checking in to let y’all know am doing well. i’ve just been lost in a whirlwind of productivity with that damn #obsidian app.

JFC this is what my #ADHD addled brain needed all thesr years. every vault i have set up is like a separate app, thanks to the myriad plugins developed for it.

i still don't have pat down a daily workflow, and that's what i’ve been focusing on these past weeks; but hot damned, I FEEL SEEN with this app. it ain't prefect, but i feel seen.

Every person with #ADHD be like „long story short“ and then tell it with the behind the scenes bonus feature and the directors commentary.

Also finding a psychologist who deals with me as an Aboriginal person living under settler colonialism has been ground breaking for my mental health. Definitely recommend.

For the avoidance of doubt, I would rather be autistic than either Donald Trump or Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
And I don't just mean now, I also mean when they were at the peaks of their physical and mental abilities.

I'm not sure if I shoud ditch it or just do as many days as possible.
It just does not fit into my life right now, there is too much going on. I thought it was a great opportunity to focus more on drumming again, but I did not think it through properly and did not really consider the length of that time span. (thank you #adhd)

Pomodouroboros was designed primarily with #ADHD folks (like myself) in mind, but we also live in a world which is increasingly trying to steal our focus, and diminish our agency by reducing the intentionality of our time with our devices. I will be happy if I can provide tools to push back against that incoming tide of distraction and dismay.
