Has there been some HTML proposal about datetime translation? Say I have `2024-02-20T19:21+0100`, I want to show the local time of the user based on this time, but without having to bake a custom script and UI for that.

We already have `new Date()` that can do the translation, and we have <time> element that technically represents this kind of thing, so maybe we already have the building blocks?

IMO all moderation against each individual account should be crystal clear. I need to know why a certain account is suspended, I can't just assume "okay this account is bad" just because it's moderated by the admins.

So link previews have been problematic on the fediverse because Mastodon almost immediately fetches the page after posting/receiving the post.

There are some mitigations on other part of the fediverse, e.g. Misskey fetches the page only when any user actually see the post, and it also has a setting to use a shared preview server.

That aside, can we have a browser feature instead to make this all happen locally, so that there's no automatic server side preview at all?

I wonder any deprecated #Python builtin modules should be published as separate package for easier migration.
