Any time I talk about shitcions its either based on what Bitcoiners are saying/writing (e.g. the video above) or based on my own research (e.g. the link I posted yesterday to the ETH premine address that got tainted with ETH from Tornado Cash).

The US govt could kill ETH by declaring staked ETH to be an unregistered security.

This is why the Merge is suicide for ETH.
