I get grief about this at work all the time, someone calls about a color ink cartridge running out asking me how to change to black and white so they can keep printing until the new ink arrives, and I have to explain that HP586 pagewide color printers are dumb and will refuse to print even in black and white if a color cartridge is empty.

I’m curious about why anyone uses Pleroma over Mastodon, I’m not really clear on the advantages and disadvantages other than maybe it sounds like Pleroma is easier to host?
