@hipsterelectron @RuthMalan @yvonnezlam the code in a program does express what it does, however, the code does not, and I think can not, express or describe what it is for. I think Naur is saying more than we humans are "knowledge artifacts".

@FediTips 1 Q: moving instances; importing followers has a check box for merge, but the CONFIRM button says it will follow the N accounts in the file and Stop following all others. that sounds like Overwrite, not Merge. True?
