I don't really cry much but I shed a tear when I saw the video. There's an intense moral clarity to what Aaron Bushnell did. He understood his actions. But because liberals are verboten from acknowledging his self stated rationale for his extreme actions, he must be "unwell."

Don't let the self-immolation and subsequent death of Aaron Brushneel in protest of the on going genocide in Palestine go in vain.

This action may have been inspired by Thích Quảng Đức and other Buddhist monks, who burned themselves to death to protest the repression committed by the South Vietnam government of Catholic President Ngo Dinh Diem.

This isn’t even the first self-immolation we’ve seen in protest of Israel’s US-backed atrocities after October 7; back in December an unnamed protester with a Palestinian flag self-immolated outside the Israeli consulate building in Atlanta. News got buried. Remember Norman Morrison who set himself on fire in 1965 below McNamaras office to protest the vietnam war.

They will never succeed in re-writing Aaron Bushnell. He was clear and resolute! He knew exactly what to say. He is a Hero! “This is what the ruling class have decided will be normal. I will no longer be complicit in a genocide. Free Palestine.” From the river to the sea!

They'll smear Aaron Bushnell as mentally ill, but but his resume speaks for the shit he had access to. An active duty devops engineer, he really meant it when he said he will no longer be complicit in the genocide.

The individual, wearing fatigues, introduces himself as “an active duty member of the U.S. Air Force and I will no longer be complicit in genocide.”

After ignition, he repeatedly yells “Free Palestine.”

You simply cannot fit more America into a single incident than a 25 yr old man dying a horrifying death in protest of war crimes while a first responder screams at cops to stop pointing their guns at him and go get fire extinguishers.

He walks to the driveway of the Israeli embassy, places his phone down to film, goes up the driveway, dumps liquid from a metal water bottle over his head, tosses the bottle, places his uniform hat on his head. He pulls out a lighter from his pocket and struggles to light it.
