Since March 2013, Russia's information warfare has been amplifying #OutGroupHate - any reason to hate any group or person. Memes and messages, 'wedge issues" as political scientists sometimes call it. And often there is no "side" that Russia encourages, hate itself is the self-destruction payload. It is even self-destructive to domestic Russia. All Russia cares is that human brains are attracted to hate.

Russia did not invent hate. But Russia has found patterns of timing and patterns of narrative to cultivate hate. Now in 2024, there are copycats to the techniques, and even machine learning / artificial intelligence has assimilated the Surkov monomyth patterns of memes and messages.

Personally: I am aiming very high, the whole world is in trouble. Compassion is learned, squired, and so too can hate be learned. The Russia "race to the bottom" is the worst of Putin's Berlin Wall KGB experience.

Putin's Russia and Donald Trump's USA have both been casually mentioning nuclear war and weapons of mass destruction. Intimidating that "leaving" the situation isn't easy. A threat against all humanity. The oppression Martin Luther King Jr. speaks of is against the entire Earth with widespread destruction and further damage to the ecosystem.

Elon Musk is oppressing Twitter users with hate, leaving Twitter for Bluesky and Mastodon is a useful thing to do to regroup and try and educate, teach and gain understanding among Twitter users why hate itself is bad for humanity.

With Putin and Donald Trump, it is harder to "leave" home nation.

There is no escape from hate itself in this media scheme #Surkov created in 2011. All hate. We tried shunning terrorists and haters, and they build weapons and techniques to provoke larger hate reactions. Love and compassion teachers like #Malala starved and ignored, hate inspires and attracts hate.

terrorists tend to be more limited in funds, so the kind of attack in retaliation could be less expensive and lower technology: poisons, disease spreading, etc.

Terrorists the world-over have seen how much a pandemic had people willing to spread diseases and cause deaths.

Pagers as killing devices in the Middle East to try and take out terrorism.
