I was looking up herby stuff and can across vinegars that ya can make like dandelion vinegar, lemonbalm vinegar. Sounded kinda cool and easy to make cause you just need to infuse it in vodka for a number of weeks... And like lasts forever.

Dandelion has super interesting properties like I just realised that it help relieve eczma and scurvy.
