an unborn fetus is not a functioning person -- it is totally dependent on the host body to survive (could be considered a parasite when not wanted) -- what is applicable to them does not translate to applicable for people generally

SCOTUS and many judges here and there (but many here and there have always had issues)
yet, there are still a great many judges who do their jobs well, and even help prevent injustices
it's never all or nothing, is it? We need to applaud the good and do the work to get rid of the bad and mediocre, as always

yes, people are unfairly jailed far too often (and even once is too often) -- doesn't mean we can't protest and even protest these injustices, without, you know, falling out a window or getting poisoned tea for disloyalty to the great leader
