@annika Why would you use such an archaic mechanism just to find out when new releases are made? There's a perfectly good releases RSS feed on the website:
https://www.php.net/releases/feed.php

Or use the Github Tags feed:
https://github.com/php/php-src/tags.atom

If you really want an email, there are plenty of free and paid services that turn RSS feed updates into an email.
