Covid test today post Worldcon still negative. Will test again in a couple of days. So far so good - beginning to think I escaped. Thankfully.

@hawkwing_lb It was so lovely to see you. I felt much the same about masking - I did ok with it but it was hard to keep up and sometimes I couldn't manage. But air quality is the only real way forward, if anyone knows how we get that implemented...

I have an extended contact who just got right royally screwed over by a major famous Scandinavian company. They don't want to publicise it but my god, the company in question should be ashamed of their behaviour and how they screwed him over.

is bluesky being weird? I can't log in elsewhere and I can't get my notifications where I already am logged in...

@nwhyte I can't read it - it's too much. Though I wouldn't even have given it the status of doggerel. This is the kind of thing that confuses me about poetry. How can someone lauded as a great poet have this kind of stuff in their portfolio - or - Is this good? Is this laudable poetry??

@nwhyte particularly unpleasant for those people (excepting friends and family) using ketamine officially for depression as this will make that harder and stigmatised.

@faduda amazon search is now awful but it has been nearly appalling for well over 10 years. I find it completely useless for anything people buy fairly often and occasionally useable for really out of the normal stuff I actually CAN'T get anywhere local...

@natural20 well done everyone. I know it wasn't flawless but life and humans etc. But it was pretty damn good.

@Ailbhe I got to hold a teeeeeny tiny baby at Worldcon this year. It was GLORIOUS.
