@adiz @mia the honor economy is kind of a brutal one where there is a lot of hard filtering everyone you meet. but its hard to screen all the time, and sometimes you have to hire assets (intentionally dehumanizing sociopaths, as is the way of quinn), which leads to some silly shit like one business book where somebody basically did a handshake deal on real estate and then went on a trip for six months.
