I see what you are saying, and I think it is more complex than Bakunin's quote. I've heard some anarchists argue that the oppression of anyone, including members of the bourgeoisie, goes against what they value (i.e anti-authoritarianism). They say we are against the system itself, not individuals, even if they benefit from it.

This made sense to me when someone said, "ya, just like how we hate patriarchy, but love men."
