@lzg @chris_e_simpson I think about this problem often when I see chefs carrying their knife bundles on public transit. There's a huge dual-use problem here. A chefs knife is obviously a tool, but it is also a blade over x inches long that can do a lot of damage to a ... steak.
Do these people get hassled on the streets?
