- Embed this noticeYes, but you also need to build on that. Set fitness goals and reach them, it takes a lot of effort and some time but it'll make you feel good. You dont need even need a gym or to spend any money, you can literally just do body weight exercises if thats really a problem.
You KNOW that exercise and being physically fit is healthy behaviour and it should be part of your daily routine even if its just 30 minutes of walking a day. It literally reduces stress hormones and helps with depression too (fact). Lmk if you want any advice
