TV/radio/fedi are all something a free GNU/Linux-libre distro like Trisquel can handle on decent hardware, but ohterwise a proprietary systemd/Linux distro will have to do.
If the TV/radio/fedi stuff just runs in a browser without digital handcuffs (EME), you'll have no problem playing such in Abrowser, otherwise the proprietary firefox with EME will play it (but you shouldn't do that).
If you describe what you want to play and the details of the hardware (what GPU, what Wi-Fi card model, what NIC card) I'll be able to work out what setup will work.
