I saw this last week and I thought the same thing; and the only thing I could find was the original Instagram video with no other information on it.

If it's edited to look that way, it's a really good edit. Doubt it's AI; would take some real work in an AfterEffects like tool. There could be an owl bread that big, but surely it would have won some awards and be on other sites? If it is real ... well they bread an owl that could maul its handler .. which is kinda terrifying :blobcatshrug:
