Today I accidentally said 'for some this sets the maximum requirement' about HR, and that's a bit of an accidental realisation.

Like, some might feel that #ruok day 'starts the conversation', and sets a minimum requirement/expectation.

Instead, it sets up HR's efforts as a *maximum requirement* of what they need to do.

'we participate in X, there's nothing else we have to do' instead of 'ok, we did X that's the least we can do, let's also...'
