1. Approach the #lock, tie up the boat.
2. Drain the lock: open lower paddles.
3. Once empty: close lower #paddles.
4. Open the lower gate.
5. Untie the #boat, enter the lock.
6. Climb the ladder, bring the #midline.
7. Close the lower #gate.
8. Fill the lock: open upper paddles.
9. Use the midline to control the boat.
10. Once full: close the upper paddles.
12. Open the top gate.
11. Exit the lock and tie up.
12. Close the top gate.
13. Untie the boat and keep #boating.
