Unfortunately, fast food companies are currently in the drawdown phase of trying to extract as much value as possible in the midst of a tightening economy in a desperate attempt to keep the music going for as long as possible for shareholders. As a result, fast food companies are attempting to give "value" through coupons, cheaper limited-time meal deals which actually aren't that cheap relative to the higher prices that were established in a healthier market while still trying to cut as many costs as possible to maximize profits. Please come back in 6-36 months when market capitulation leads to actual competition and better value and service when they can actually deliver your meal.
