Oh, if you lived in the UK, I get the confusion.
Iether way, the sand people do not belong in the civilized society. They do not understand it, and they hate it. It's good, that the UK finally found some sense of respect, but at these numbers, there is no other solution then total purge.

They do actually see themselves as heroic invaders. Paper trail is therefore meaningless.
