In my teenage years, from the mid-70s onwards, there were scores of racist marches and riots.
While having a little less hair, the bastards looked the same as they do now. They screamed the same obscene things, they attacked with bricks and bottles, just like now. The ones you see today are probably their children.
There have always been racists. But society can either empower them, or refuse them. That's on us.
