- Embed this notice@ErikUden Yes, like microsoft, most of these proprietary software companies try an update on one machine and if it seems to work, push out the update to every computer.
microsoft fired its testing team, but has a bunch of ultra-suckers that will test for them completely gratis, which are "windows insiders", which of course ends up with a lot of "insider" computers bricked and often a known broken update as reported by "insiders" ends up being pushed to all of the windows computers without being fixed anyway.
