- Embed this notice@pepsi_man @graf @sickburnbro I'm fine with having an agency making sure nobody dumps into rivers or pollutes groundwater. Also a certain amount of airborne pollution regulation, the sky-darkening kind. Those are the legitimate cross-jurisdictional, social harm for private gain things that would need federal power to regulate between states. I'd even go in for wilderness preservation, though I'd prefer state level for that, and it should mostly be under the Department of Interior instead.
Trying to regulate carbon and plastic bags and crap like this is way out of any remit for a federal agency.
